The IP resolves to DNS baloncestoandalucia.org; this domain has only an A record. Many users at my site report an MS Teams Voice Call from this domain pretending to be local IT. Meanwhile, local IT (my team and I) were fighting spam from this domain and Mailchimp - which were obviously spam. This unknown caller attempted to get info and access from our users, well were diverted on SPAM. I hope this report helps.
